Our bees forage on wildflowers, guided by their hive-mates’ waggle dance to the finest nectar sources, producing honey that reflects Québec’s diverse floral landscape and makes every harvest truly unique.
To preserve this individuality, our single hive honey is never blended. Each hive’s surplus harvest is bottled separately, preserving its pure, singular flavour shaped by the distinct nectar, soil, and climate. Our honey is unpasteurized and unfiltered, keeping its quality and natural nutrients such as amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
